Something special is uncorking.

Three magnum bottles. Three local artists — Josh Lancaster, Abbey Merson and Patrick Tyman.

Each has transformed a magnum “Jabrome” bottle into a one-of-a-kind artwork as part of Art Uncorked.

View the pieces at Muse Art Gallery until 27 March, and see them showcased at BLENDED on Sunday 22 March. Then head to Smith & Sheth Oenothèque to taste the wines included in this collector’s package.

Each artwork is sold with a case of Smith & Sheth CRU Collection wines, creating a unique art and wine pairing.

Bidding is now open via the online auction, which will close with a live auction-end celebration at Smith & Sheth on Friday 27 March from 5pm, with final bids closing at 6.30pm.

50% of proceeds go directly to the artists, with the remaining 50% supporting future art and vibrancy projects in Havelock North Village.
