To launch Elephant Hill’s new wine range, SEA EARTH & STONE, we invite you to experience an immersive and interactive journey of the elements to delight all your senses….an out-of-the ordinary wine & food event!
As you navigate around the modern architectural spaces at Elephant Hill, you’ll move through each of the elements and enjoy a series of bespoke dishes especially created by award-winning Chef James Beck.
Designed to complement and reflect the three distinctive, local vineyard characteristics of Elephant Hill’s SEA EARTH & STONE wines, this elemental three-course menu will be a memorable way to discover and experience what is unique from within Hawke’s Bay, on the plate and in a glass.
Ticket price includes three dishes designed and made by Chef James Beck, wine matches for each of the elements, and an interactive experience. Wine purchases by-the-glass and bottle also available.
F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
